Your child’s name, their school name and class number.
Your address and email address.

How is this collected?

We collect the above information when you buy from us, on line. We need the information to process and deliver your order.

How we store data?

We do not store your child’s name and class number. We will ask you for that information every time you order from us and then we will delete your reply.

We will have your address and email address on your order form. We store copy orders in a secure place.

Sharing information with others.

We do not share any of your information, or your child’s information with any person, company or organisation.

How long you information is kept.

We keep Copy Orders, in a secure place, for as long as we are legally required to do so.

What rights do you have?

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

1. To obtain access to, and copies of, the personal data that we hold about you.
2. To require that we cease processing your personal data if the processing is causing you damage or distress
3. To require us not to send you any marketing communications.
4. To require us to correct the personal data we hold about you if is incorrect
